The influence of the Spaniards and the Asian culture created a 
fashion statement here in the Philippines....
From this year on, the group of semifinalist will parade in the 
host country traditional gown... Thanks to Ms. Ara Duque for 
the beautiful Terno gowns she created. Thanks to you Ara, we 
are improving and creating new parameters in the MDE 
pageant.
